Lost a package that was supposed to be delivered Halloween day 2017. Two months later almost, still nothing from it. Sent in a missing package request and they never addressed it for over a month. I tried to go to this location a week after the day it should have arrived, and I was told that there was no way it was at that post office, without even offering to look for it. They just very rudely told me to contact the seller to see if it was returned, and offered no further advice. I would rather go to the DMV straight after a dentist appointment than ever have to go back to this place. I don't think it would be possible for them to have worse service even if they tried.

Post office delivered boxes 3 days this past week. Left them at the door and all was fine. Yesterday I get an email from Amazon saying USPS tried to deliver something at 8:00 pm, no one was home, so they left a notice with instructions. Reality was that we were home every minute of the day with a sick daughter, no notice of instructions were left on the door. So what did I do now? I am expecting they ever went to the wrong house, or never got out of the truck. Amazing

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I have a PO box here for the sake of convenience. Many times I have had items said it was delivered but when I come pick it up, it's not there. One time I thought I lost my package because it said it was delivered but nothing in my PO box. Not even a pink slip. Grant it was a big item and I would be expecting a pink slip, I didn't even get that. A month LATER I finally got my pink slip saying something about final notice of attempting delivery. What the hell? Where has my package been for a month?! Sometimes when I get the pink slip, I get my item. It could have fit in my box. WHY?! Are you guys that lazy that you have to write me a pink slip and put it in my PO box while the item clearly fits in there? Don't even get me started on about the quick service there. It's not even quick. Many times I come in to pick up my package, I ring the bell, and they take ages to answer the door. Only a few times they're quick. On average I wait about 10 minutes for them to answer the door. The whole place can hear the bell go off, why can't you? One time I just kept ringing the bell for 15 minutes before someone finally answered and she was not happy. When I told her I shouldn't have been waiting for 15 minutes, she apologized and said that she couldn't hear the bell because she was in the back. They had loud music playing and I heard people walking by the door and talking. Why didn't anyone answer the door? Just this morning I finally got my package that was suppose to get delivered a few days prior. Tracking said it was delivered in my PO box but nope! I got nothing at all. Went in this morning and the front desk lady just apologized about it and it should have been inside my PO box. The staff is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes they're rude and don't care what your problem is. And sometimes they're nice and try to help you. I would still rather get a PO box at a better location that doesn't lose my package or have it missing for days and suddenly show up when it said it was delivered. The point of having a PO box is for convenience and this place doesn't live up to that standard.

Third time they have said they delivered a package or left a notice but the package was not delivered nor was a notice left I tried to talk to them, guy inside was very rude and very Dismissive. I have never had problems with mail until I moved to this area. Our mail lady has left the back part of the mail box open countless times and other times has just left stacks of rubber banded mail on top of the mail boxes!

3rd time my package was “delivered” but not really. Wrong house, key in wrong box.... now the carrier tells me “calm down”?!?!?!?! If she did her job correctly we would BOTH be calm. Was put on HOLD, 30 minutes and counting.... trying to find the package i paid for, along with the shipping.......
