Terrible post office they mark packages as delivered and aren't even delivered! This happens to me at least once a month. They just marked 3 packages as delivered and none were delivered. When I go and ask about them they never seem to want to help. If you don't want to work there then don't!!!! Hire people who are willing to do their job.

This place is horrible,  customer service sucks and I'm always getting my mail to other address.  I went and complain with the manager and he was acting g like it's my fault  .  Yesterday I went to see if they had one of my packages that I been waiting since thursday  and the person I gave the tracking number had a bad attitude.

Our mail carriers habitually leave mail in the wrong boxes. I think they are dyslexic. I have been waiting for two orders that should have been delivered by now according to tracking. Maybe the mail carriers took them home or to someone else's home, but they were never delivered. I called the local post office. It is no longer a working number. I called the 800 number. The recording said the on-hold wait would be 1+ hours. The USPS needs to be bought out by a private company. The government can't do anything right or on budget.

On 3 occasions over the last couple week when I was expecting to receive the packages I did track them over the USPS site. On all 3 occasions the tracking showed that packages were delivered but they were not. So or postman put them in the wrong location or did not delivered at all. Did not have the same problems with UPS service.
Observed this problem previously on rare occasions. After hurricane it seems like a norm. Better training is needed for post office workers.

First of all it took twice as long to get close to me. Checked out the tracking and it said it would be here January 5th. I checked the tracking today and it said delivered. Awesome, but when I went to check the mail nothing was in there so I checked the tracking again and it said 15 minutes after it said delivered that the package address was incorrect. Contacted the send and usps and it was the correct address on the packaging. So basically they were lazy and forgot my package and lied to me. Great service huh. This is the 6th time this year so I had to finally leave a review and another thing yall need to not have a disrespectful smart-ass attitude when your customers call and ask a question.
