Let me begin by saying I have loved this place for 15 years until the last 45 days.  There appears to be a change in staff that is not for the better.  I had an inspection that failed for a tire, which is reasonable, however I could not endure the unbelievable hard sell to buy 4 tires or 2 expensive tires...over and over I explained my $ situation that day and this young man just didn't want to hear me.  Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else and bought two new tires with no hassle at all.   This evening I called to find out if it was too late to come and get the reinspection.  I was told to come over. (it was 4:27 when I called and 4:50 when I arrived).  There was a gentleman (worker) on the phone cussing outside, the guy behind the counter was super rude.  The young lady that told me to come over just kind of stared at me and said they didn't have time.  The sad part about this is I would have completely understood if one of them had even mentioned they made a mistake by telling me to come in.  Instead, I was greeted with the same rudeness that happened when the inspection was done.  I'm going elsewhere from now on for my mechanical work...all of my vehicles...I miss the old Hogan and Sons...oh where oh where did that front desk staff go?????

Because of their high ratings I went in to get two rear tires. They sold me four tires which they claimed I really needed. Fair enough. Then they called me and told me I needed brakes. Okay. I bought those two. Then they told me I needed new windshield wiper blades which I thought was odd because mine were less than a week old. I told them that and they said well they couldn't explain it because mine were torn. I went back and ask them to show me the chairs and they could not and they said they were wrong and they apologized. They were really nice and I like my new tires but I spent $1,500 when I went in there to spend a few hundred and the windshield wiper thing really bugs me.

Edit: After posting this review, the very nice manager contacted me and wanted to hear my story. He informed me that there was a mixup in which a different car had defective wiper blades and it was mistakenly attributed to my vehicle. I understand that mistakes happen, and he seemed very concerned and genuine. I appreciated his attention and concern, and I will definitely return to this store.

Went in for a basic oil change. I just purchased the truck 3 months ago basically brand new so I know it doesn't need anything. They gave me a write up of $92. For an oil change. When I questioned he said it takes a lot of oil. Yea ok I've had trucks my whole life I know how much they take. I went to the dealer and got an oil change for $41.00.
