In my experience, the staff has always been professional and courteous. Was in recently for my regular 6month service on my Corolla. Was in and out within the estimated time, all services completed as stated. No complaints.

I would give a Negative star if I could. I will NEVER go to this Toyota again and I will make sure NONE of my friends and family do business here either. The entire service department is full of Crooks!! From the top John Pitera & Bill Petterson to the service workers.

Never have I experienced someone more clueless at their job than at the Parts department here. I’d rather sit in an hour of traffic to go somewhere else than deal with these people ever again.

They are so RUDE to customers when we come to do the service! When I called to get appointment they said : They WON"T be able to help at afternoon (4P.M). But we can see the time they close is 7P.M. Then i ask: Can I schedule other day at that time? They answer me: "IT WON'T BE AFTERNOON". Wow great attitude from their staffs! TERRIBLE SERVICE. And TOO BAD ATTITUDE.

They said it will take 45 minuets, but after 2 hours 17 minuets, they told me they couldn’t go through warranty isssues, and did nothing in those time, didn’t even let me know
