Audi Atlanta is no doubt the best in the Atlanta area. Although we didn't have an appointment, Ethan Dibble came to us and absolutely won us over with his friendliness and professionalism. Although we were specific in colors as well as options for our 2018 Q7 Prestige, Ethan showed us a car that we had not even considered. After a very brief negotiation (Gerry Martel is amazing!!), he and the team won our business and we couldn't be more happy about our purchase. So happy in fact that we came back literally 1 week later to purchase a 2017 S3 Premium Plus CPO. Their ability to not only work with us financially but also accommodate our schedule to pick up the cars and complete the paperwork (BIG thanks to Early Pickett) just shows how customer oriented the entire dealership is. I would highly recommend Ethan, Gerry and Early and the entire team at Audi Atlanta for all our Audi needs.

After searching for a vehicle for my wife for a few weeks and visiting to other dealers where we were disappointed by the communication from the staff about Vehicles being available or not, We Came Upon Audi Atlanta, a Jim Ellis company. We were greeted but not oversold we knew the car that we were coming there to view and they had it ready for us we ended up getting in our opinion a fantastic deal and continued follow-up support from the sales staff making sure we were happy with our purchase. Even though we didn't end up purchasing an Audi, we did end up getting a used Infiniti and it was in great condition and the staff didn't try to bully us to get a higher-priced vehicle which is something that I hate when I'm shopping for a car. We will definitely be purchasing from Jim Ellis in the future at Audi Atlanta.

I don't know bother with any other Audi location. The location is nice. The staff in the service and sales area are friendly and very helpful. I would only come here to get my A5 serviced and when I was ready to purchase a A4, I came here. Great experience in both capacities. My only complaint is parking. They have valet but I'm not big on people parking my car so there should just be areas for people to park.

Jermaine was very professional and had everything ready upon my arrival.  I really appreciate getting the Q5 utility vehicle.  I was so surprised at how smoothly it drives.  Jermaine made sure to inform my husband regarding what the warranty would or would not cover.

I bought my first Audi one year ago and have been more than pleased with the car.  I had the car in last week for 20,000 mile service and would like to thank Jermain Duberry for taking great care of me and my car.  He walked through the maintenance schedule with me for 20,000 miles and arranged to have me dropped off and picked up at mass transit instead of staying in the customer waiting area for a couple of hours.  Very pleasant experience.
