Very prompt at check-in, polite and the least amount of hassle I doing paperwork. Also recieved the exact vehicle shown on their site, first time for that with any of the many rental sites that I have used. Will use again.

Today I was shown the utmost kindness from complete strangers. I had landed at MCI to learn that my mother in lawn was not doing well and nursing home thought a day or so and Mom would pass away. I wasn't prepared for this news and wasnt controlling my emotions too well.  Elena, Dan, Kim, and Micah were VERY kind to me and Dan (owner) offered a very reasonable rental since I was flustered enough to not remember who I went thru to obtain a car.  Thank you team for being there when a stranger needed help.

Terrible, rude, no help at all...don't understand how I can get a "deal" online then you show up to counter and deal with a rude agent who racks up the charges and tells you if you don't have a plane ticket you can't rent a car that you are showing her a RESERVATION FOR...NEVER USE PRICELINE OR THIS BOGUS ASS COMPANY AGAIN!!!  Whoever was working on 7/3/17 at 9:00 am...YOU SUCK!!!
