Wonderful establishment the manager Patrick is very knowledgeable friendly and great to talk to they have plenty of Vans to choose from 16 passenger family Econo and everything else in between. Prices are good staff is great

No good!!! we made reservations for a mustang and after seeing bad reviews from ace about them not having cars that thay were promised I decided to call a week in advance to make sure the mustang was going to be there for me.!!! so we got into Vegas and to our surprise no mustang!!! hmm not good. We took the shuttle back to the rental car place and try to find a new car!!! also costing me more money because last minute car rentals!! And also taking about 3 hrs out of our time!!! very disappointed in ace car rentals of las Vegas!!!!!!! No good

I just showed up with my wife and 3 small kids to pick up a van I reserved online a few days ago and was told that I’m out of luck because they are overbooked. No options to resolve the problem. Just a “sorry, we don’t have the car you reserved.”

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I never write reviews, but I had to after my awful experience with Ace.  It's been two weeks and our $200 deposit has not been returned.  Each person I talk to gives me a different answer; it was processed on the day you returned the car, it was processed the following Friday, you need to talk with someone else, it should be there soon....  If I ask for a manager, I get a number that is not answered and doesn't take messages.  This company is a mess.

We brought Ace our Scion which was in terrible condition.     They cleaned up inches of mold from the interior so good that my wife will actually get in the card now.   Fabulous!
