I was very disappointed with my rental. I showed up and asked what other vehicles were available off the lot, because I was told there more choices off site. I asked the rep
If he could call the off site place and see of they had an "Explorer" size vehicle available. The rep would not do this.

I took what was available a Tahoe and returned it the same day. I asked for a smaller vehicle. I told the rep I was willing to pay extra for Satellite radio and asked her
If this could be set up. She either didn't know or didn't want to waste her time setting this up even though Enterprise would have made more money. $12/day of satellite radio x 10 days. 

Her response was apathetic. 

Returning the vehicle was equally miserable. Even though I returned the first vehicle, I asked enterprise to adjust my rate and contract. I was
told this would be done when I returned the vehicle. I essentially paid for a larger vehicle even though I rented a smaller one and when I got to the counter, I was going to be billed for the larger vehicle. 

I wish I had rented from a different location or a different company. I would really appreciate a call or email from management, if they have time...

Easy, fast, and the price was right! I used them the last time I was traveling home to see family with my mom. I was hesitant to rent a car due to previous experiences, but my hubby talked me into it. I couldn't have been more pleased. From start to finish every one was so nice and friendly. The process was quick and we were in the road. The drop off was just as easy and quick. I will definitely be using them again.

Recently rented from Enterprise while on vacation on the West Coast.  Service was great. Rep greeted us upon arrival, explained the vehicle and provided great information about the area.  Upon returning the vehicle 
the rep was friendly, reviewed our charges and found one error in pricing. He fixed it immediately and had us on our way.  Car was clean and provided great gas mileage.  We will definitely use Enterprise the next time we travel.

I originally rented an economy car online to drive from Portland's airport  to Bend, a drive which would take me through the mountains over Mount Hood. The young man who greeted me in the Enterprise garage was very persuasive about my need to upgrade to a four wheel drive SUV. He was descriptive of the winters roads I would encounter based on his experiences visiting his sister who he said lived in Bend.  I resisted, but something in his face showed real concern rather than just sales skill. I've never gotten pressure to upgrade from Enterprise, so I thought twice and upgraded at a very reasonable and discounted rate. As I drove through the mountains, I encountered white out conditions, deep snow and at times could navigate solely by the orange poles on the side of the road. I can not tell you how grateful I was to that young man for pushing me to the right vehicle. I made it safely and always felt confident that my 4 wheel drive rental would get me safely through the storm. When I decided not to drive back across the mountain and to fly instead back to Portland (snow storms continued to pound the mountain and I wasn't anxious to do that drive again), both the phone agent and the desk agent at the local airline were incredibly helpful with the changes I had to make. I have always enjoyed great service from Enterprise staff, but this experience was even better than usual. Thanks to the Portland and Redmond airport teams, a trip that could easily have been ruined by weather and my lack of local knowledge instead turned into great memories of safely braving a storm. Thank you!!!

We travel to Portland, OR about once a month. We've tried a few different car rental companies, but Enterprise won our business with great service. After check in we head to the lot (no shuttles required) and we're greeted by a polite representative who gives us our choice of vehicle in the class we've chosen. Do they try upsell? A little, but that's also done politely. We have found that by using our Costco membership for the reservation, we're getting not only the best service, but the best price when we use Enterprise. It's nice not to have to think about the choices anymore!
