I had a wonderful experience. Great price with discounts included and free additional driver with Costco membership. The employee, Abukar, was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say, would rent here again.

SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. NO HELP, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Worst service ever. We had a prepaid rental car that the brand new associate could not figure out how to push through the system. They ended up cancelling it (in front of us, we are literally still standing in the store) and telling us we had to pay 1.5x the price because they couldn't figure it out. Called corporate and the "supervisor" repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do (yeah right, clearly not a supervisor). We will now be calling corporate everyday until I can talk to an ACTUAL supervisor and get every penny back. We've now been standing in the store for over an hour, still no car, and still trying to charge us more.

Budget truck rental lacking in continuity and cust. serv. The truck was utterly dirty, the out side filthy, headlight burned out, washer fluid gone (and badly need the entire time .  The one employee Servicing both the truck and Avis rental was robotic and efficient leaving nothing towards customer service.  I can’t write anymore it was exhausting.

This Place don't even Deserve a single Star!!!! I dropped of the truck with a full tank of Gas! Couple days passed and i see an extra charge of $80 from them. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE WITH OUT A NOTICE!! Unprofessional, LIERS AND THIEFS! Don't waste your time here. They trick you by give you a low rate at first but at the end comes out twice as much! Don't waste your time here! Go to professional's n reliable company U-haul. Never had a problem with them.
