the truck was great in the snowy conditions. the rates were competitive. only catch was we didn't have time to fill up on our way to a 7am flight. and the charge was for a full tank at double the $ of gas/gallon. i understand someone has to take the time to do it, but maybe an est. would work when you can clearly see it was half full already.
i would rent from them again

Pleasant, hassle-free experience all the way from the online reservation to picking up and dropping off the vehicle.  Probably the best rental car staff that I've interacted with - everyone was super courteous and helpful.  They had a lot of vehicles available when I was picking mine up, so they upgraded me to a mid-size for no extra charge.  Smooth drop off experience as well; I was turning my car in several days early and they immediately credited my card with the price difference.  I would definitely rent from them again.

Our car stopped working once we got our location. Got transferred 5 times trying to figure out why were getting billed for THERE car not working. You should do better inspections on your vehicles before assigning them out. Also, your employees should know your policy better. I didn't give you one star because they were all pleasant at least. I am now wasting a full day of my vacation dealing with customer service and swapping out a vehicle. Not impressed at this point.

Horrible company, charged me before I got the car, which they should not until I finish my rental agreement. And because I combined two reservations I was billed twice. And when I talked to the company the head office they didn't respond and said to call the local one at the airport. The airport branch never picked up the phone. The only time they did they put me on hold and never got to me again. They are thieves and very bad attitude. The head office employees hanged up on me twice without a reason. I don't recommend this company at all.

I had a wonderful attendant who was professional and very friendly. I was given a great deal for an upgrade and she helped me decide which type of upgrade model I wanted. She drove it over to us.
The manager seems to be very old school in a great way. He manned the exit and greeted us as we left and met me when I returned the car a week later to inspect it. Very professional and I was happy. 
I have used the facility for three years now and am happy with my experiences.
