Spokane National Car Rental is excellent, especially my experience on Jan 1, 2018. The check in staff and front desk were excellent and I apologize that I do not have the specific names.  I have rented from Spokane WA Airport National Car rental twice and recently returned a vehicle on Jan 1st 2018 at this location. Always friendly and staff care if customers were satisfied. They also make sure you are placed in an appropriate vehicle for the varied weather conditions and travel.  They also went out of their way on Jan 1, 2018 to make sure I was credited for charges that I do not usually get as an emerald customer and was unaware until the time of rental.  It was greatly appreciated since it was the Holidays and very busy time for all.  I will continue to rent from this National location in the future. Thanks again Spokane for the excellent service.

Had an excellent experience renting the car.  The vehicle was also in great condition.  While the return was quick I wasn’t fond of the customer service, came off a bit harsh.  Was also charged for 2 gallons of gas ~$9.  Tank was only a smidge under full.

Very customer oriented location of all the National Car Rentals I use. They have the vehicle I selected from online and assisted me with my paperwork and I was on my way in less than five minutes! Great Job!!

This was my first time using National. The service was great. When I picked the car up, I was immediately greeted and shown the cars and allowed to choose the one I wanted. The car was brand new and very nice. Someone was waiting for me in the lot when I dropped the car off, and it took about 5 minutes. The charges were exactly what I was quoted when I made the reservation. Everything was so easy. I would highly recommend National.

We added car seats to our online booking. Experience was different than what I expected. 
Was given the choice of any car seats in the storage shed.  Took two to the rental only to find that one was missing the rear tether. I then had to take the tether off another car seat as that one was missing LATCH anchors. Finally get the car seats in to find that one was dirty.

Someone knowledgeable needs to check the car seats for all safety components when they are returned. Also a cleaning after being used would also go a long way.
