Big dealership selection, and knowledge with small dealership friendly customer service.  Everyone was very helpful but not pushy.  Staff were all very knowledgeable about the cars they had available and are obviously proud to work there.  I bought a used Explorer recently and had a great experience, quick and easy purchasing process.  In the first week I had a small problem with the car, not their fault, and they got me right in the next day and fixed it no questions asked.  The repair center in the back was very impressive.  I'll definitely consider doing business here the next time my family is ready for a car.

Sold me a dodge 2500 and then two days later transmission went out. I called to see if I could return it or get help to pay for fixing it since I had it for less than 48hrs. They wouldn't help and won't take it back. Stay away from them. Save your time and money and go to a real dealer

UPDATE, so I have had the truck for a little bit now and since I bought it I had to rebuild the transmission, have all the boots replaced, put in a new intercooler, and now I have a turbo leaking oil. This truck is a piece of junk.

Be very aware of this dealership!!!!  Eleven days after my Brother InLaw  purchased his truck his first problems started. He hasn’t even made his first payment and has already had to put 1300.00 dollars into it. Now he is looking at having to put at least 600.00 more! They claim to inspect all vehicles. If that is the case then why do almost every bad review on here sound the same? Clearly they do NOT inspect or they do and are ok with selling a bad product. While the salesmans were very helpful and kind... I have to ask how can you sale a product yet not stand behind what you sale? Warranties cover nothing and Brandon Reeves offers no help. They just want more money. While I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them I brought them this sale and had every intention of buying my daughters car from them. Not only do I feel horrible, I will NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! Read ALL the BAD reviews they are very similar.  All the good reviews are for the Salesman... NOT the dealership.

I went to Brandon Reeves Auto World on December 11, On December 25 I seen an oil leak took it back to them to fix. They told me my warenty didn't  cover oil leak. They said that the warenty covered transmition. After the shop looked at the oil leak they came in to tell me I have problems with front axles on both sides,transmition coolent lines were leaking,gear box for four wheel drive needed to be replaced, water pump was leaking, tryed to get them to pay or help pay for work that needed to be performed on my truck. They told me they weren't resposable for these repairs. They told me they could fix it all for $1500.00 dollars. They did give me a discount to $1300.00 dollars. Had them fix the problems while they fix it  they told me the torstion bars need to be fixed and an alinement and two tires. They wanted another $500.00 plus tax to fix this problem. Do total cost of repares was almost $2000.00 dollars. So if you want a truck to repair go buy from them. If you want a good truck go to a bigger car dealership. Stay far away from them. Save your money and go elsewhere. They knew what they sold me. Can't believe they stay in business being crooked. Don't waist your time. There customer service sucks!!!! Sailman Chad and Rodney. Will  sell to a pice of junk and still sleep at night. Take my advice and stay away.
