I've bought two cars from them. They make the process so simple and stress-free. I recently purchased a car and found one I liked better the next day. I went in and returned my original car as easily as you would reserve a sweater that you no longer wanted. I was then able to purchase the new car. Great place, all around.

Excellent experience! This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Our daughter was rear ended last week and her car was totaled. It was upsetting to lose a car she loved and even more upsetting to think we would have to go through the grueling process of finding another used car. Thankfully this time the process was easy! Ask for Neil P. and you will have the best experience ever! He is knowledgeable, professional and great to work with! Queen was also wonderful with our paperwork.  Highly recommend CarMax on Independence!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We sold CarMax a car and it was a great experience. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours, easy, and stress free. Lynn handled the final paperwork for us. She made it quick, simple, and had excellent customer service. Thank you!

Brandon was the best in helping us purchase a car for our daughter. 

I highly recommend this store. 

We received top notch customer service from our initial phone inquiry all the way through the purchase process. 

Rex and Brandon are outstanding!!

Sold my car when I moved to the city. It was a fast and easy experience and I would easily do business with them again. They gave me a fair price that was probably more than I would have received from a dealer.
