They sold me a wrecked vehicle and hid it. A dear ran in to my vehicle and when the insurance company went repair the damages they told me the vehicle had previous damage from a previous accident. I had the vehicle for 6 months full coverage insurance. The insurance company said they would fix the damage but I would have to pay 1,100 dollars to because they will not cover the damage. I talked to a lawyer who said these cases are very difficult to prove so it would be costly and still may loose the case. Scott Clark said I wrecked it after the purchase and did not report it. These people are dishonest, malicious, and will go through extra links to swindle you. If you do business with them, and buy a used vehicle make sure you get it checked under the hood and everywhere. Don’t let them touch your trade in vehicle till you sign the papers for the new vehicle, because they try to slip stuff in and won’t let you leave unless you purchase the vehicle. They will not give you your trade in vehicle back to leave w Once they get it. Not true, your mechanical team did not see the damage. The car fax is a scandal. Vehicle dealers use it to cover themselves when they sell vehicles they know are damaged. I took the vehicle back to them 3 weeks after I bought it. One of friends looked under the hood and ask me where certain screws were. Why the parts under the hood did not fit together perfectly. My friend accompanied me to the dealership and lifted the hood and started asking the associate questions. His response was they did a 150 point check. The car fax said no accidents. He kept saying the car fax is clear. My insurance adjuster told me there was no way the mechanical team did not see the damage. The dealership said they did not know about the damage, I wrecked it so I am stuck with it. I went there because I heard good reviews. The dealership building is impressive, and the hype the associates speak sound intelligent, until I took the vehicle back to them. Then no one knew anything except the car fax is clean. If you do business with these people get a signed copy of everything as you sign it. Ask questions and make them sign a legal document with statements. Build your case before you have one because in the end they will still be laughing at the way they swindled you. They know you can’t do anything about it so protect yourself with all caution.

Couldn't have got better service than what I got at Scott Clark. My salesman AC was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy. The whole process of finance went smooth. Overall Great experience.

Went here for a few years until I felt like they were trying to rip me off. I went in for routine service and they tried to scare me into additional service that wasn't necessary. How do I know? I went to another Honda dealership for something unrelated to my routine service and the issues I was told I "really" needed to "address soon". I asked to have those issues checked and was told neither was anywhere near urgent. Saved me SEVERAL hundreds of dollars. So once again I'm looking for an HONEST Honda dealership near me. Or maybe just an honest Honda service person nearby.

It was hard to leave three stars. I am not a critical person. Carl my salesman did an outstanding job. He actually talked me into coming back after Muhammad not only convinced me to leave, but left me feeling embarrassed. I Would gladly buy another car here, but I will call to see if Muhammad still works here... If i had dealt with him alone I would have no stars to give. No one slandered this man but when his name was brought up there was no surprise! So do something about it! And u bought

Horrible customer service. First they were trying to put me in a vehicle I didn't want. The car was a 2014 it had more miles and cost more than the car I wanted. After I told them that I didn't want the car and was willing to walk away they finally put me in the car I wanted. The next day my bank approved me to finance my car so I called back to let them know. They was like it's already been processed. I then called the bank that was going to finance the car from them they said that they hadn't gotten the paperwork. I then proceeded to call back to the dealership and the finance manager said that it hadn't been processed so I told him that my bank would finance the car. They then had the salesman to call me who asked for the bank name and number so they could send the information for my car to them. They then proceeded to want me to come back to the dealership ( I stay a hour and ten minutes away). I go back to the dealership the finance manager ask me for the check from my bank. I was like what check you all was suppose to get with my bank and give them the bill of sale. Then he was like oh you'll have to have a down payment if you go with your bank which is a lie nobody needs a down payment with SECU. So I ended up sticking with their finance company because I was like I'll just take care of it. I sat in the dealership over 3 hours. After a week I called back to the finance company to get the payoff amount so I can give to my bank, the finance company said that they have no paperwork from the dealership for me. I proceeded to call back to the dealership and talk to the finance manager who was over my paperwork not only did he rush me off the phone he was like he sent the paperwork already to the finance company and I was telling him that they don't have it. So he was like he would call me back, but he never did. After I threatened to bring the car back was when the finance company magically received my paperwork. Also, my 30 day tag had done expired on my car. I would give them zero stars but I did get the car I wanted. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a car from this place. And I still haven't received a call back from the general manager either. They sure do display great customer service(sarcastically).
