Story

Adcock Furniture is Locally Owned and Operated!

The Adcock family has been in the furniture business since 1968. We owe our livelihood to the people who live in and around Athens and Bogart, Georgia. We sponsor local sports teams, participate in our community, create local jobs, and support our schools. While many of the national furniture chains constantly move their personnel from store to store, Adcock Furniture employees work right here year after year.

We live in Athens just like you do, and we’re dedicated to fulfilling all of your furniture needs for years to come. We think there’s something special about working with our neighbors.

My sales person was very professional and had great patience with me as I made numerous visits to Adcock and with many other furniture stores while deciding what furniture pieces would work best for me.She was very knowledgeable about all the furniture they carry. She willingly and thoroughly answered my million questions. The furniture quality is excellent and they offer many styles. Everyone in the store was always gracious and helpful when I frequently popped in just before closing due to my own work schedule. After all the stores I visited and researched in my quest for great quality, price and service Adcock was the best and I highly recommend them. Ask for Beth, she excelled in helping me  make difficult decisions without being pushy but also very supportive.

I highly recommend Liza at Adcock Furniture Outlet for all your home furnishing needs. I was so uneducated about buying furniture and she helped me figure out what would be the best option for a house full of animals and entertaining while picking out beautiful, comfortable furniture and accessories. She spent probably 45 minutes helping me to determine what would be the best choices for our living room space. I can't stress enough if you need someone to help you with your home furnishing needs, Liza is the way to go!!! ☺

We were shopping for living room furniture and our salesperson was Lisa. You could tell right away she was very knowledgeable about the different brands and styles available. What Lisa helped us pick out was perfect for our home. I will definitely shop there again and I’ll be asking for Lisa.

I love to shop at Adcock Outlet in Athens Ga.
The choices and prices are unbeatable. And the personal service I receive from Liza Ginn can not be beat!  I’m a procrastinator and with Liza’s help I can make a decision on my furniture needs. She is very knowledgeable with any questions I may have. I will continue to shop here for all my furniture in the future!!

Ryan & Carla came to my home for a complimentary design consultation. After purchasing my new furniture & accessories, I couldn’t be more pleased with the look & design of my home. They are fabulous & I will continue returning to Adcock Furniture! The best furniture store you could possibly imagine!
