Our sales person, Alpana was excellent! Told us the good, bad, and interesting about each piece, ultimately helping us chose the set we were happiest with. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and left us alone until we needed her (which I greatly appreciate, since furniture sales people are typically worse than car salesmen and lawyers put together). Thank you so much for the great experience!

Had a great experience. Salesman was open, accommodating, and helped us find what we wanted without any tricks or gimmicks. He was able to set up quick delivery on a short time table. We are very happy with what we got.

Donna Lumpkin was a fantastic help at the store in Athens! She helped my mom & I find the perfect couch, and had the sweetest disposition. I would buy from Ashley Furniture again because of her hospitality.

Donna Lumpkin at the Athens location really made the experience we had seamless. My friend, whom I was shopping with, can be impatient. Donna recognized her needs and implemented the customer service my friend needed to not only make another purchase while there, but retracting her statement of never returning. Thank you Donna! Ashely is lucky to have you!

Alpana was great! Answered any questions we had and really took her time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for furniture. Go to the Athens location and ask for Alpana!
