This was an all around awful experience, and I would actually love to give this company 0 stars. First, the guy that ran me through all my paperwork spoke like an auctioneer and I felt like a total idiot when I could not understand him at all. Second, the car had scratches on it and the facility was so busy they just pushed me through and didn't walk around the car like other companies I've work with so that we were all on the same page with current damage. Third, I was never told that I had to pay for tolls, and in Colorado there is not a clear way to pay for tolls (no toll booths), but instead they charge the car. Well, how am I supposed to know how to pay the tolls if the company doesn't tell me? Instead, they waited a month and charged me $75 for missing 2 total toll payments. The guy I spoke to at customer service was not helpful, either, and did not seem to care that their company messed up so bad. I hated this experience from beginning to end, and now have 4 different charges on my credit card from them, only 2 of which were charges I expected. I have never had a worse experience using a rental company. I will never use them again. The only reason I did was because of their reasonable prices, but knowing they charge 3x that once everything is said and done it is truly not worth it AT ALL. On the plus side, the man that drove the shuttle from the airport was extremely nice. They should put him in charge because he at least knew how to be a pleasant human. The one star can go to him, and not to this company.

I had a problem with my reservation being canceled incorrectly, had to rent a SUV at a much higher price than what I had reserved. After our vacation we emailed Advantage customer service who was very nice and attentive to our situation from the start. After a couple of weeks of emailing back and forth, they honored our request to only charge us the rate from our original reservation that was cancelled by mistake. Their customer service is top notch and we were very happy with the end result. The SUV rental was a much better experience than it started out to be. GREAT JOB ADVANTAGE!!!!!!

I had an incredible experience at Advantage today! Meagan Walker, the sweet lady that helped us, was AMAZING! She was cheerful, funny, quick, clear, and got us exactly what we needed. She explained all of the information and answered our questions with a smile. This was seriously the best car rental experience I have ever had, and Meagan Walker was 100% the reason why. Thanks Meagan and Advantage! You have made my husband and I very happy customers!

I wouldn’t 100% trust all the negative reviews on here and Yelp. I had a quite pleasant experience. Waited less than 10 minutes for shuttle and upon entering Advantage there was no line and four attendants were ready to help the small group who just got off the shuttle. The Toyota Sienna was brand new with just under 3k miles. Inside and outside were spotless. Windshield washer fluid full. Free SiriusXM which I imagine is due to the manufacturer offering the trial initially, still a nice touch to have it. Overall I am very please with Advantage and have zero issues to report.

When I arrived, it was late and there was a long line. The line moved fast enough for the many people. The reason for the four stars was the service. The lady who processed me was able to get me into a vehicle in less than 5 minutes. She was very pleasant and effective. This was probably the best experience I have had at a car rental. I am so thankful she didn't make it painful and drawn out. I would rent here again.
