The good: the person who rented me the car was awesome, friendly, helpful. Rates are really cheap. The bad: everything else.

The shuttle from the airport started off bad. The driver completely ignored us as we boarded the bus, and as we were the first stop, we were sitting there a long time. The shuttle itself was so rattly we couldn't ever hear each other.

We got an okay vehicle, not the best but worked for our needs. It ended up being a pickup truck, and there were a bunch of little paint scratches everywhere. Usually, the rule of thumb is "Mark things larger than a fist," but here I had to mark down every little scratch. 

The worst was when we returned the vehicle, around 3 pm on a Saturday. There was no one there to check you back in. The only employee in returns was just to move cars. It made me feel uncomfortable to just leave without a checkout of the car condition. I tried to go inside to check out at the counter, but the line was over 30 mins long because only one person was working the counter. But there was an employee at the shuttles, doing who knows what. If short staffed, should identify priorities. 

I probably would rent from them again, even with the cheap price.

Worst care rental experience ever! Bait and Switch being used. At the front counter they gave us the cost of the rental and said it would be a quick  15 minute wait in line once we got to the office. In reality we stood linline 45 minutes. The rental office was gross, it was dirty with broken stained chairs. Just plain nasty there.  Then when we finally got to the counter all of a sudden the price for the same car was much higher and instead of $9.99 for car seats as quoted they said it would be $19 for car seats. They are using bait and switch tactics there and it is really sick. Then when my husband called them on it, they refused to honor the quotes price and told him to leave. This place is horrible, and is reflected by all of the other poor reviews.

We were nervous to rent here because of the reviews, but we had no issues at all! We found the same car for $100 less than enterprise and renting and returning the car went relatively smoothly. It’s important to mention that we rented and returned in the middle of the week so they were not very busy. I would imagine renting the car when it’s busy would have taken a lot longer.

I had a great experience here.  Reserved a Toyota Yaris online, but they didn't have one ready when I arrived (which has happened every time I've rented a car anywhere), so they upgraded me, no charge, to a Ford Fusion.  The guy who helped me was kind and helpful, and while he did poke around in the conversation to see if there was an opening for upselling, he was very polite about it, not pushy.  The car was clean and in great condition.  Everything worked perfectly, better than my car by a long shot.  I was honestly sad to turn it back in, but when I did, the check-in process took about two minutes and my receipt was in my inbox by the time I got to the shuttle pickup.  I will absolutely rent here again.

I'm honestly very impressed! Shuttle was super easy to locate after getting our bags and when we arrived at the counter there was line however it went by before we knew it. Car was available fast and easy and with a full tank. Our Malibu was even 2018! Very happy with the experience and will be returning again
