Did not get specific car requested, but as Emerald Aisle member, had my choice of MANY available and similar cars.  Drove away in a brand new (only about 3000 miles) Hyundai Tucson. Car performed excellently, even in the high mountains.  Great service at checkout and on rental return....extremely quick! Gave me printed receipt and was all done.  No time wasted. Able to immediately board shuttle to airport terminal, with help / assistance from driver loading luggage to boot! Thanks, National!

I hate renting a car from anyone but National. Why? Because National is so much better! We got in late to Denver International, and demand for cars was high. We needed a roomy vehicle for winter driving. One of the staff helped us find an SUV that literally just arrived. What great service! As always the Emerald Aisle allows us to get in and out quick. I am guaranteed a great experience, that's why I always choose National Car Rental.

I usually have a great experience with National. This time was different. There was no one available when I dropped off the car. It was deserted.  I finally found a manager and cashier. They were playing on their phone and was not friendly. Again, I usually have a great experience but this time was different. The car was great, clean and at a good price.

It was my first time renting from National and I was impressed. I'd never experienced a car rental where I can just go into the row and have the freedom of picking my own car. That feature is very nice. When paying for a car to drive often times, you don't want to drive something that you don't enjoy. My car was reliable, clean, and ran great. The pricing was great, and returning my car at the airport was literally THE EASIEST and FASTEST I've ever returned a rental. I'm excited to continue using National! Thank you!!

A little snow didn't slow us down, from Breckenridge to the Royal Gorge our Santa Fe got us where ever we wanted to go. Thanks to National Emerald Club Rental Car.  Renting a car is never a hassle if you are a Emerald Club member.  Once you get off the plane, your worry free rental car experience begins and you off to explore new places.  Returning the car is just as easy.  I'm glad am a loyal Emerald Club member.  Thanks  National
