Service was very fast when picking up the rental and I received a call the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the car. My reservation was for another location but they were more than happy to help me even though they had limited cars. When dropping the car off Blaine was friendly and efficient, even though i arrived about 15 minutes to close.  He even gave me a discounted price on the gas that I was supposed to refill the car with, since an accident prevented me from getting more on the way to dropping it off.

I'm sorry I cannot give a higher rating, the manager and staff were great!  So I give them a 5 rating but cannot give the company but 3.  Working as fast as they could, but the cars were not available.  We waited a full hour after our appointment time before we drove out of the parking lot.  The car was great and we were given an upgrade but it was so high tech and the staff in a hurry so we didn't learn all we needed to know about how to use all the buttons. Dropping the car at a hotel near the airport was very convenient and their shuttle took us to the airport so this was great!  We will however, continue to use Enterprise as this is our first experience of having to wait on the car so long.

Enterprise has consistently given us excellent service in multiple cities. Cassandra at Aurora, CO went above & beyond - friendly, prompt responses and excellent attention to detail. I would go back to this location when in town again.

I have been a customer and used Enterprise for over 10 years, it is a good company, this location unfortunately is not and I have rented from several around the US and other countries. Trying to impose non disclosed fees is not the best way to treat customers, old or new. Airport fees that are not disclosed on the website (they are not at the airport) among other taxes that I have never heard of. I even called the location two weeks before my rental date to ask about pick-up service, which they said only within a two-mile radius and at no point during my conversation with them did they bring up any of this "mandated fees". If I would have known all of this I might as well just have rented from the airport.

I called the location today to ask about the additional charges, spoke to Zack who with his nonchalant attitude told me: "I am pretty sure all of this was explained to you and you did not seem to have a problem at the time of the rental" the funny thing is that he was not there the day I picked up my car, so they go by assumptions it looks like. 

Pretty sad that locations like this put a stain on the name of an otherwise good company. Someone in upper management needs to seriously have their staff re-trained and be more transparent with their customers.
