I've been happy renting cars from this branch. The new management helps. The customer service is great. The cars are normally clean and look good. The only down fall is I always get the car 3/4 full. My first stop is a gas station. Not a real big deal. I hope they do a good for you.

Customer services with in this location was a little lacking they would tell us one thing then when we come in be told the opposite thing (we had a car for a little over a month due to a car accident with out car) would be told we where fine to make the payment Friday then no you need to come in today. At one point where told we needed to make a 1 week payment that day and the next week Friday (it was a wensday) wife stopped by with our 3 kids in the car and they said they had to take care back if we did not pay the 1 week and the week they said we needed to pay on Friday, I had to fight with the manager on the phone to allow my wife to take the car to come get money from me at work. Would not of been a big deal if they had just stated on the phone they needed both weeks.But other then the inconsistency of customer suport was not bad cars where nice and had no issue with them.

I went to rent a car for the weekend to take my son on a small trip to Estes. I had a reservation and I thought I had everything I needed, except an extra $90 for insurance coverage. Because I wasn't sure if I only had liability or not through my insurance. I was under the impression, based on the representative at the rental location, that I was going to need their insurance regardless. 

I have rented many cars from Enterprise and I even bought a used one from you. I have NEVER had an issue with insurance, ever. I left very upset and I will not be returning.

Well, We TRIED to rent a car from these guys, instead of taking themselves off of travel agencies' listings, they're calling everyone who attempts to book and simply tells them they can't fulfil their requests. Now that we're down 2 days in getting a car, we are having to cancel our last minute trip to a FUNERAL because we were mislead. Thanks a lot, Enterprise.
