Despite many negative reviews, I can honestly say I had a great experience start to finish at this location for a 5 day rental. I reserved a few months prior and arrived on a Thursday so there was no line, I was helped right away and agents were very friendly and not-pushy with insurance or other upgrades which is always good. They were able to offer me a discounted upgrade to an SUV which I gladly accepted since there was snow in forecast and we were headed for the mountains. The agent even walked us out to the lot and showed us what class of SUVs we could chose from which was very helpful and appreciated. The Ford Explorer we chose was clean and no issues whatsoever. Returning was simple and the shuttle bus was ready to go with no delay. Very happy with this experience!

Good car rental.. Get signed up for Blue Chip and you will save time and skip the lines.. well worth it..If you return early make sure you go inside to check out and don't listen to the bus driver who will say " don't worry about that".. because your car will still show as not being returned..

Finally get picked up by shuttle after half hour. Like Hertz went by twice. Got told to pick car since I'm blue Chip member. Guy reference Maxima. We thought great. As we check out only a half tank of gas, car was not cleaned, note something mechanical was wrong so she tried calling a manager and nobody answered. So we took the car. On return I got charged for a full tank of gas at their price and we returned it more than we took it at. Nobody at Thrifty can accommodate that. nobody made notes like she said and we updated the guy at checkout and he did not make no sense so I have been way over charged. Nobody at Thrifty customer service can help. I don't know if I'll ever rent from here again

Recently rented from here for a four day trip in Colorado. We got our bags from the airport at about 7:00 am. A bus pulled up to pick us up right away. There was one person waiting when our group got to the waiting area, but it didn't look like he'd been waiting long. We were instructed to go to the Dollar building rather than Thrifty, which was weird at first but I guess they are the same company. It looked like we were the first bus in so there was no line. I used one of the probably 10 virtual assistants (like Skyping with an at-home assistant) which was quick and easy. There was no line the entire time I was there because of the many virtual assistants. We picked out car. It was clean and what we needed for the trip. Be sure to check for any major dings and tire tread, though they didn't inspect to closely on our return. Car was fine through the mountains of Colorado. No complaints at all. Returned the car with a full tank. Man checked us out very quickly and a bus was waiting for us at 5:30 pm. Quickly made it to the airport. I booked directly through Thrifty, so there were no surprise charges. Maybe because of our trip timing (early Thursday morning to late Sunday night) we didn't have any issues, but this was one of the smoother car rental transactions I've had in a while. Virtual assistants will probably become the norm.

Our experience started out bad. We had a hold put on our card that we were not aware. The girl that set up our rental neglected to tell us about the hold. So we had to go back to Thrifty to have the hold removed and put the car on a different card. When we went back to fix the problem there were 2 managers that helped us, Keith and Mike, they were the most helpful gentlemen. They went above and beyond, in my opinion, more than what thet had too. They fixed the situation for us and gave us a complimentary upgrade for our troubles. The only reason I am giving Thrifty 5 stars is because of Keith and Mike. They are excellent at customer service and make you feel like a friend.
