This Alamo saved me! After having a seriously frustrating experience with my reservation at the Advantage next door, I walked over to Alamo to try and get a better reservation. Mind you, this was at 9pm, so I was skeptical that they would be able to help me. Shaun was able to get me a better rate on a higher quality car than my original reservation! He was so helpful. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because he failed to mention all of the fees beforehand (which brought the total to more than he had initially let on, but still better than what Advantage tried to upcharge me after the fact). Ultimately, this is a much more pleasant experience! Thanks!!

Don-Niece is an absolute pleasure to work with. A wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out. Great staff. One thing that can improve is the wait time for the bus at DEN. If not for wait at Denver then it would have been 5 stars!

Just not the same.
In the past pick up and drop off were quick and the staff was very friendly.  This time I had to wait by the curb for 20 minutes before the bus showed up and wait on the bus another 10 minutes while we waited for others.  Staff not helpful at office and had figure out getting my car on my own.  The self check-in is almost worse than talking to humans.  Screen upon screen of sales pitches.  The car was nice and worked great.  Return was weird and they couldn't print my receipt without more waiting.  I should have waited as once again, I sat on the bus for 15 minutes waiting for the bus to fill up.  Driver was rude.  Not sure I will use Alamo again.

The guy that greeted us was WAY too animated. Like a cheesy gameshow host. Overwhelming. Almost wanted to walk right back out the door. But guy at the counter was friendly, professional, and EFFICIENT. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Pleasantly surprised by the experience. Just wish the rental lots weren't so far outside the terminal. Long shuttle ride with lots of stops. Plan accordingly.

Called customer service asked if I could still use a debut card if I was flying one way into Denver. They said "yes, just bring your itinerary.  I made sure 3 times that it was ok.... I get to Denver, had to be to work in 3 hours, Alamo tells me "no, I had to be flying round trip to use my debit card. I told them that's not what customer service told me.  And I assured them I wouldn't have booked them if this were the case. So 3 hours later and now a one way ticket back I could finally rent a car. Never again. Never ever again will I use Alamo.
