Shaun at the Denver airport location was FANTASTIC!!  Very personable and professional.  Went above and beyond to get me a good deal and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area.  The whole process was a breeze!  I used Alamo in the past but was turned off by a bad experience.  Shaun restored my faith in the company.  :-)  I HIGHLY  recommend Alamo!

Rented a large SUV. Transport from and to airport was quick and easy. Had to check in even though I had already done it online. There was no line so it only too a minute or two. On drive back to airport one tire was very low on air so had to stop and fill it. I reported it and they gave me a small credit which was appreciated.  Helpful staff.

Quick and easy rental process! The pickup process was super fast (thanks to Ike and his sweet tie!). Vehicle selection was varied enough and we appreciated being able to select which make/model we went will. Drop off was even faster and the shuttle was already waiting to whisk us away!

I had made reservations and once I was able to speak to an attendant I received the car quickly. The car was in good condition and was clean. I rented a full sized car and it was fuel efficient. I had to wait in line more than I expected when picking up the car and dropping it off as they didn't have enough workers helping customers. All employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful and very busy helping the few customers. It was not busy at the Alamo but I still had to wait quite a bit. The shuttle to and from the rental place was very fast. When choosing a car I will consider Alamo first as my experiences at several different airports has always been good.

Highly recommend for an outstanding service. The lady at the counter walked with us and showed us available options for a long family road trip. We got FLEX instead of DURANGO and she gave us 10% discount. Service was quick. Car was brand new and very clean. 
Retiring the car was quick and a breeze.
