This was the best car rental experience that I've ever had. Typically it is difficult to get 5 stars out of me though these guys certainly earned it. The booking was seamless and was $800 less than Budget and Avis for my 2-week business trip. The car was clean and full of gas and fuel efficient. There was Zero wait in line to pick up my car and dropping off was even easier. I literally pulled into the parking garage without any issue and pulled right into the return line where I was greeted promptly by the gal that checks in cars. Nothing is as easy as renting a car from Hertz. I will only be using this company moving forward

I gave 5 stars for my bus driver who I have had the pleasure of being serviced by twice. I wish I knew his name. I couldn't figure put how to get back to my hotel and he went above and beyond. Thank you Hertz for hiring thoughtful employees. My best experience at Hertz yet. The only thing that can be improved is the fact there is no way to speak to an actual person at this location by calling. I pressed every button still no help. Other than that, flawless.

I never use Hertz because they were always so much more expensive than others. This particular trip, they came back more reasonably priced. I loved the fact that I didn't have to wait in any lines. I got off the shuttle, looked up my name on the board, found the car and off I went. Hertz gold membership is well worth it and I don't ever remember paying anything for it. I will consider Hertz more in the future.

We arrived on a late flight to Denver on 2/8/18. The excellent service we got from the Hertz Gold agents was most appreciated after a long day of travel. They were both very friendly and helpful. We got a great car from the agent who was handling our rental, he even cleared off the snow from the storm that had just come in from the car for us. The two other customers that were left besides us had made a mistake thinking that they're rental was with Hertz when it was really with National (pretty sure they were international travelers). Since there was no easy way for them to get to the National counter located a little ways away (not a pleasant walk in the storm, a long process using the rental car buses), the other agent offered to drive them to the National counter since he was free and there were no other customers he had to work with. They were so grateful! Impressed the hell out of my wife and I. As did the thoughtful service we got from our agent. Rental return was quick and easy. Everyone we dealt with, including the bus drivers, were friendly and helpful. We'll be sure to use Hertz in the future for any rentals we need to do in Denver when we visit family or on business.

It was easy getting to and from airport. Bus drivers very patient and understanding. The gal at the check in was very helpful. The guy at the check in bringing the car back was great even when I almost forgot to leave them. The only thing I think I was frustrated with, it was so cold when I made it to the lot. No one bothered to tell me how to operate a push button start. I drive an f150 and haven't been in a car in 15 years. I froze to death before I finally got lucky and another lady was coming into the car next to me. If your reading this, just in case you don't know either, you must put your foot on the break BEFORE pushing the start button. And if you hold the locate car key long enough it will open the trunk. Nice car, ran well and good on gas.
