Good Avis experience. Have had terrible rental car experiences in the past with other carriers. Upon arrival, there was no line. The man who greeted us was very polite. There is a nice "kids section" for anyone who does have to wait. The car was very clean and modern. We managed to find a coupon and receiving a very inexpensive fare for what we got. The website typically underestimates how much luggage you can fit. The shuttles are fast and clean. Would Avis again in the future.

The staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help us when we accidentally left a walled in the rental vehicle.  We had a great experience with this location. We have used Avis as well as others and always find Avis to be the better agency.  Thanks to everyone in Denver!

Shuttles run every few minutes to the air port, gas station is right on the way to the car return, return lots are well marked and easy to find, Avis is towards the end after the 2nd light I believe.  I use the app so it is super easy, and if you don't want the car assigned to you there are options to switch, I had to visit the desk and no line, it was quick efficient and friendly.  I was in Denver for 4 days, didn't gas up till my last day even though it was a small SUV, great gas mileage (was staying in Greeley).  I would recommend the app to anyone.

Liars and thieves. Go anywhere else. I booked and paid for a reservation online and declined insurance coverage. Upon arrival, I was again asked about coverage which I declined (my personal insurance covers rentals). I signed for the vehicle and then immediately noticed on the paperwork a charge listed for over $200. I was confused and asked the guy at the counter what that was about as I had already paid online. He assured me yes I had, this amount was simply showing the amount I had already paid and I would not be charged. I was exhausted from traveling and trusted him. Should've looked more closely at the paperwork. Boo on me. Because NOPE turns out the charge was actually the cost of the insurance I declined twice and was then charged for after dropping the vehicle back off. Good luck disputing that with them. 

Also, our vehicle no joke smelled like a rank DIAPER the entire vacation. You've lost a customer for life Avis. Great job!

Was upgraded from a Subaru outback to a Benz 350 for no additional cost. The woman working with me was entirely kind and helpful. Pickup was a breeze and drop off was even easier. Would gladly use Avis again!
