I have had a bad experience with customer service here before, but I haven't seen those people anymore. But I must say the transaction that I have done recently the customer service is 5 star. I feel so bad I For it the gentleman name. He was so curteous, friendly, professional. 

Keep up the good work. Alamo is my favorite, because of that employee.

Avoid Alamo and their staff members such as Johnny Santelises

When I made our reservation, I paid in advance for everything including a full tank of fuel. After driving away I realised that we had little over a quarter of a tank. Given the time of day I thought I’d just take a video of this as proof and deal with it when we came to handing the car back.

A day later we were driving to Sarasota and about an hour into our journey a hazard light came on stating the car as dangerously low on coolant! Needless to say this is completely unacceptable and was a huge concern for me as we are from the UK so I was familiar with where I could stop and my wife is pregnant so certainly doesn’t need this stress.

We found a gas station but as we had been driving for little over an hour, we had to wait for the engine to cool down on the advice of an attendant of the gas station which took about an hour and a half.

This is our vacation and I don’t expect to be topping up fuel for a car that I paid to have full of fuel after a day nor do I expect to be putting coolant in!

Then a chap called Johnny Santelises emails me asking me to call them from the uk to discuss as he can’t dial international numbers! What a joke!

I have been trying to contact this location about a rental I had from October to November 12th. It is not December 14th. They do not answer the phone. The manager Emily said she would email me document that I Need for my Government job and has not. They seem like scammers. When I was picking up my rental they had time to answer phones and did so.

Improper invoicing, extra charges after I leave town, and unorganized. Had to deal with all of this for over a week. Will it get corrected? Probably not. Go to Sixt next door. Nicer people, nicer cars, better service.

Good selection of vehicles to choose from, affordable and accommodating. Flexible with drop off location which made the experience that much better.
