We rented car for 4 days. Car was fresh and clean, price didn't change after we return the car. Nice and easy.

Zero stars. They gave away our reserved car and told us to wait 20mins when in reality it became 2 hours. When we inquired about alternative cars, they first suggest an SUV and after waiting they gave us a Kia Rio. They won’t honor modifying prices and the representatives are not helpful and instead give us an attitude. Horrible experience and does not care about people’s time. As we waited, there are groups of guests waiting to be helped. Service is slow, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Rent elsewhere.

I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The representative had no interest in helping whatsoever, and was mechanical and robotic throughout. She was a typical beach bum who looked like she'd rather be anywhere than her job. She told me what her system said, despite me showing her my confirmation email. She was insistent that I was mistaken, and the system could not possibly be wrong. After straightening that out, we arranged a car delivery to my hotel, the Grand Beach a few blocks away. We had two cars in the order, and they delivered the wrong one. Because "that's what it says in the system". "Can you swap them so I can drive this one and get out of here?" "No." After waiting far too long for a car delivery a few blocks away, the representative told me the car was at the hotel. After confirming that I was not, the agent got annoyed, adamant she was at the Grand Beach. I then discovered that the delivery was to the wrong Grand Beach hotel - this one was twenty minutes away, explaining the delay. I told the agent that the delivery was at the wrong hotel - and she angrily read out the correct address to me from her system. I tried explaining that the address in the system was correct, and the agent had not followed it. Apparently that was wrong too. The agent said she didn't need my rudeness, and she literally stormed off. The manager was super understanding, but I noticed him typing the report blaming me. I couldn't care less, and props to him for backing his staff. Sh*tshow all round.

I do not like it. Booked via the ADAC from Germany a car in Miami. Toll not mentioned, made orally incorrect information about petrol preis at the time of return. 80% more paid and now you get 3 spam emails per day ...

Terrible selection of cars available, and terrible categories. They put a volvo v60, chrysler 300 and a MB CLA in the same category, and expect you to accept swapping for any of them, when you need a compact car that’s not a POS GM. My pick up was at 12 pm, and at 12:40 the car “is on its way.” Compared to Sixt in europe, this is extremely poor service. In the end they upgraded me to a GLC300 which they claimed for the first hour was accounted for, something they should have done automatically when my car wasn't available at the appointed time.
