I use National as my only car rental company, mostly due to Emerald Aisle. It's nice a convenient - paying for midsize sedan and getting a bigger or more fun car to drive.

This location doesn't have an Aisle option, but people working here were so nice that they have sent me an email asking if I have any preferences. I didn't reply in a timely manner (missed the email) so they went ahead and assigned me a 2018 Dodge Charger with low mileage for the same price! There were no lines at all, so the whole check in process took under 60 seconds.
Location hours are 9 to 5 and there's no option to drop the car after hours, however I've been offered a workaround - leave the car at the parking during the night, and bring the keys with no additional charge. Once again - people working here did their best to find a solution that works for everyone.
When I was returning a car I figured out that I'd like to have it for one more day. I didn't want to take it to hotel due to high parking fee, so I decided to bring it back to rental and pick it up again next morning. Not only they allowed me to leave the car in the garage, but also they didn't require me to make a new reservation. I've updated the existing one and it allowed my reservation to qualify for one-two-free promo.

Overall, it was a great experience, every person I've met there are super nice and friendly and the best customer service was provided here! Definitely recommend this location to any National customer staying in mid-beach.

No after hours return and they close at 5! You will have to wait a long time for your car as well! Very not typical of National- better to rent at the airport and pay a premium!

Very friendly staff.  They close at 5pm, but if you want to save money on parking you can bring the car back at night and come back when they open in the morning to check it in.

Went above and beyond to help out. Excellent customer service. National is good and this location in particular is even more impressive. I will return to rent again in future!
