Never used Alamo before, but will definitely try again in the future.  Service was really excellent and super friendly at 11 pm at night in Seattle airport.  Offered a choice of SUV vehicles based on SUV reservation, and it seemed we got a nicer vehicle than reserved..i.e. Hyundai (had choice of Chevy, Volvo, Infinity, and Jeep).  Easy drop off at another airport at the cheapest price compared to competitors. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I rented my first car here to drive to California. It was a great experience. I booked it online and then just went to the counter and after a few signatures, had my car! The woman helping me suggested an affordable upgrade so that I wouldn't be so squished on my long journey. Picking up the car from the garage was very easy (and I got to choose).

Everything was great except for picking the car up. Stood in line for 30 minutes only to find out that as an Alamo Insider I could have gone directly to the lot to pick up my car. I had tried to check in on line but the app did not allow me to. The desk staff told me the app updates at the time I was trying to check in and will not work while updating. Other than a slow start the minivan had very low mileage, was clean and ran great. Price was cheaper than all others at Sea Tac. Would use again.

Customer service was pleasant! Thanks to Colin I will definitely be coming back soon! I wanna thank him for giving me the choice to pick out a great selection of SUVs . He made sure me and the children were gonna be comfortable on our way to Portland to shop. I was so tired from work and went there at midnight and it was easy, and painless :) again, thank you!

It all started off with an AWESOME price.  I landed at 10:35 pm and 2 desks were open.  I saw people using a Kiosk, but I decided to stick with personal experience.  A mid-sized car is getting smaller and smaller these days, but I really just needed to run around Seattle and did not need a large car.  I ended up with a Ford Focus that was clean and ready to go.  Vanessa was very sweet and wasn't pushy (as some other companies tend to be).  The exit was easy, but no one at the gate mentioned my headlights were off and I only realized that once I got onto a dark road.  The car was fairly gas efficient and I only needed 10 bucks to fill it up after 2 and a half days.  Good experience without any complaints that I can think of.
