I don't usually review many business, but the service and level of positive energy I received renting a car for my trip was beyond any expectation, so I'm jumping on to say: these folks ROCKED IT! On the way in, I was using the self service kiosk (because in the past, counter people at car rental places are unfriendly, unhelpful and disinterested in my experience), but as I'm checking in, a friendly (!) counter agent came to make sure I was getting along okay. She was helpful (!) and smiled(!) as she let me know a quick fix to a question I had. When we got downstairs, the person helping us was smiling (again!!) and helpful, made eye contact (!) and helped us get the right car and on our way. Smooth and hassle free. On the return, same experience: a staffer greeted me with a smile (what is happening!?!), was courteous (!) and made sure we knew where to go safely to get to the bus. The level of customer service, engagement and genuine friendliness was so opposite of my previous experiences, I will never, EVER use anyone else when I come to Sea-Tac. Thanks!

When traveling with an infant, it would be great for those in service roles to exhibit some common sense. The agent who escorted us to our vehicle seemed much more committed to following her script than actually providing appropriate service to two people traveling with a baby, a stroller, a car seat, and 3 pieces of luggage. She had no interest in moving quickly in order to get us on our way, and what I'd suggest in the future is that Enterprise spend some time training their team on helping people traveling with kids better.

Great rental experience!  Always friendly and your rental agents really listen to the customer before they respond. . . . Good selection of cars that appears will maintained.  As long as your rental prices remain competitive you'll be my rental car agents. . . . Thanks

My rep, Kelly took great care to find a good replacement when the vehicle I reserved was not available.  She listened to what we needed, and gave us an upgrade to make sure we had 4-wheel drive for our trip up to Whistler.  I really appreciated her timely solution to make sure we were safe and had a vehicle for our ski gear.  Thanks Kelly!

Generally a good experience.  The agent in the parking lot wanted to spend a little more time than needed (or wanted) to explain the features of the car (I know how to turn on the lights, thank you).    

One thing I did find irritating.   Instead of a single key for the car, they provided two large keys that were wired together.   The keys were identical and there was no value to having two since they were not separable.   It was quite a large 'package' of keys to manage.   When I returned the car, the agent asked for feedback.   I mentioned that I didn't really appreciate the large bundle of keys and he mentioned that they do that so that the keys are always together so that when Enterprise ultimately sells the car, both keys are available.    So basically, this policy turns every customer who rents that car into an inventory clerk.   Also, there is a $200 fee for a lost key; which I assume is now $400 since you can't lose one without the other!
