I've quickly become a major fan of National Car Rental and my experience is not limited to this location, but actually has been consistent everywhere I've been.  My company just recently changed from another carrier and I was worried about service and car quality.  Nation is a significant step better than their competitors that I've experienced in the past few years.  Keep up the good work National Car Rental!!

There’s no place better to rent a car than the National Rental Facility Sea Tac Airport.  The customer service at this facility is unmatched and the car line up is stellar.  From the time I come down the escalator and see any of the customer service representatives or Max I know everything will be perfect.  Seeing Max at the facility is always a great conversation there also.  The check out always goes quickly and efficiently, and the check in gets the same.  

I always rent cars from National and they make sure to take care of not only customers like myself whom travel weekly, but others who don’t travel very often.

Super easy to rent with National. It simply can not be easier than they make it to rent a car.
The staff was fantastic when I needed their help too trying to find a lost item. I really appreciated their efforts in helping me out, they were friendly and understanding. Luckily, I was able to locate my missing item!

As always, the National people take care of me very well! I am very appreciative of the Emerald and Executive aisle, as it speeds up my process. Plenty of vehicles to choose from, very friendly and willing to direct at both the receiving and return. In this case, the pick up was at SeaTac and return was SAN (San Diego). Price was very reasonable for the week and it made that business trip that much more profitable!

I love the ease of selecting my own car and the quick in and out. 
My only complaint is 2-3 different times I have been charged for fuel upon return when I fill my tank up every time. This is very irritating and very difficult to fix and receive credit. The first time I had to make three different phone calls and almost an hour to get a $9 credit taken care of. When I have been billed improperly since then I have just eaten the cost because it’s not worth my time to fight it.
