We were pleasantly surprised at the service. They were quick and professional and didn't try to push extra unnecessary services that we experienced with other car rental companies. My wife was running late and called to inform them. They not only thanked us for calling, they gave my wife a little extra service because it was her birthday. Cars are clean and well maintained. Definitely doing business with them in the future.

This is a great location!! Super friendly with lots of cars in stock. I use Enterprise quite a bit because of their weekend special. So I can vouch that this one is extra friendly and accommodating. 

Cool guy gave me 3 choices and let me pick the car that worked best. Good deal with pre-purchase on gas at competitive rate. Super accommodating too, in sending me to location with 24 hour drop off before my early flight, with no penalty!!

I recommend you see Brina, I think she's a store manager. I didn't have my credit card and she worked wonders by just taking my utility bill and pay stub that I accessed online. She had so much patience along with her other team who worked on 7/15. They were so courteous especially dealing with an inpatient customer.  Bless her heart. When we turned in the truck, it was so easy, walked in and right back out. Great job...satisfied customer and I'll recommend you all to anyone.

EDIT: I have consistently returned to this location and consistently received  impeccable service  feeling very personable and  appreciated!
Q, Bri, Chanelle, Sean have consistently shown exceptional care to me each visit.  

Initial Review: 

I want to praise the efforts by Brenton and Sean (manager) for exceptional service and working to ensure my 2nd ever car rental experience was not only successful but pleasant and exceeding all my expectations...in order to take my child to the State Fair.

Sean clearly knows and represents Enterprise exceptionally well, and took extra steps to make payments smooth for future rentals.  Brenton and Sean alerted me of the weekend special which is so perfect for my family since we are car-less at this time.  I plan to use it most weekends to enjoy life with my child and to be able to do more errands quickly.

Please know these 2 staff members are why I will return and way more than I expected to.  They should be commended for their excellent customer service!

Came in to check out a vehicle. Looked at two, and Hanna was very helpful. But decided to wait to purchase, like any normal person, and think about it. i mean - do you marry the first person you see? No! She had John, who was the financial person there, come speak with me.  After telling him how I felt, he was trying to push the sale and asked why did I need the time. He asked me who I had a loan with my prior vehicle. I told him. And was specific to give me time to think about this and not run my credit. Now I am receiving a bunch of credit loan applications I did not authorize. If you are just window shopping, do not disclose any information about yourself. Hanna is nice, but the management there needs to be replaced.
