Tl;dr: If budget is a concern, and you're willing to put in a little more elbow grease on your end, rent-a-wreck is a really good deal.

So, caveat: you need to realize what the deal is here. Yes, it is way less expensive than a number of competitors. But, correspondingly, there are expectations on you. Take care of the car, vaccum it out before returning, etc. You dont pick up your car at the airport, or the airport rental area, but off site, so there is a bit more traveling involved. Sometimes, when you call the office, you dont get a human (because they dont have a huge staff), and have to leave a voicemail.

All that said, I had a great experience. I definitely didnt get a wreck. They gave me a toyota that had less than 3k miles on it. Car bar looked great and performed well. 

But the real thing that made the experience great? Chris P., the guy behind the counter. From when I first called at the airport asking questions of how to get there, ro when he dropped me off at the airport after, he treated me great. Polite, personable. When I forgot my license at the rental office, he drove by on his off hours to drop it off. A really swell guy, deserving of praise. He made sure to expain everything up front so there were no surprises, and insisted on loading and unloading my bags for me. 

Because of him, next time I am in Seattle, I plan to book with them again.

This is nearby the Airport-not at the rental center. So it is not an ideal location but a very good value. We received a new car at an excellent price when rentals were scarce due to the eclipse. Chris makes the place work smoothly. He is kind, direct, efficient and gets the job done right. Rely on him and you will be in good hands.

Don't ask for a ride from the airport, you will be waiting over an hour. It's better to walk.

Double-charged for a parking ticket that I already paid and sent proof of payment. Waited over a month for a reply and couldn't get the charges reversed by credit card. I will update this review if they ever refund the unauthorized charges.
