Don't go there. Worst service I experienced at a car rental "service". They secretly tried to overcharge me (by 50%) by adding an extra day for no reason. I returned the car on time. When I pointed that out, no excuse, I was just referred to the billing department.

So in order for me to post... i had to mark a star... if it was up to me... this place would get negative stars.

This company IS HORRENDOUS!!!! they said we retuned our car on empty... when we returned it at half the tank... exactly at what our gas was when we picked up the car.  They will rip you off if you're not careful and overview your bill.  it's been almost 2 months and stil no return of our money.  The supposed manager said he would process our money last week... and obviously.... nothing has been done.  AVOID THIS PLACE... they will try to rip you off and offer you horrible customer service!

Great experience. Much closer and cheaper than SeaTac airport rental cars. No crowds. Great service. Only down side is that they have limited hours of operation.

Thanks to ridiculous airport rental rates, this is our first trip without renting a car. We have had a great time and saved a ton of money.

From start to finish, the SeaTac Marriott Hertz was upfront and helpful. The man at the counter was friendly and informative. He allowed me to make my own choices about insurance and extras even though he did tell me about their other offers. (I'm a budget traveller.) I asked him some touristy questions and he answered them amiably. I wish I remembered his name but thanks, guy!

The car itself was clean and ran great. I rented an economy model and received a Toyota Yaris, which saved plenty of gas. I opted out of the gas card they offer because I read you have to gas up within a specific area or distance from the rental agency. Even if that's inaccurate, I didn't want to risk any restrictions because I knew I was travelling far into the mountain roads. It worked out fine re-filling before returning the car.

Any rental company will try and squeeze in some extra fees. Do your research and know what to ask for and say no to before arriving and you will have no problem. I was charged what I was quoted.

The return process was easy, I did a key-drop as the counter was unoccupied during the lunch hour (he told me it would be in advance). My timely return was acknowledged with no problem. Will be using Hertz again!
