This was by far the most pleasant renting experience by far. I booked online a day before the time, knowing I away's have trouble with my South African credit card. This time no trouble what so ever. The staff was super friendly and I was out of there in under 10 min, with a complementary upgrade. The price was better then everyone else and I will make use of their service for my next trip. Thank you.

I booked my vehicle online and the pricing was comparably lower than other sites for the Seattle area. The checkin process was a friendly and quick. The return staff was friendly as well. I especially like how they reminded me of looking to make sure I had all my items.

Reserved a car online at about noon for a late arrival the same day- after midnight. Price was significantly lower than other companies. Arrived at the counter (downstairs as the "main" counter closed already). Took less than 4 minutes to get my car - it was brand new - the odometer showed 11 miles. The return process was super easy- I just parked and someone met me halfway to the kiosk and asked if everything was Ok and did I fill the tank. Received an e-mail receipt in about an hour with no surprises. I will definitely use them again!

I rented with Sixt through the Government travel in the past at other locations and have alway had some issue with getting the correct car and waiting forever to the car to be ready however, this location is far from previous experiences.

I was greeted by Kim at the counter, she was very happy to see me and eager to help. She was able to upgrade my car to a larger vehicle which accommodated our needs better for our trip to the great northwest. I wish all the Sixt Rental Car business had a Kim to assist customers!!! 

My vehicle was clean and ready to go once I got down to the garage. From the time I walked into the Sixt Rental to the time I pullout out of the garage was less them 15 minutes. I will definitely rent from Sixt the next time I'm in the Seattle area.. I hope I get Kim to assist me with my next car

We rented a car from Seattle, WA and had a great experience.  Finding the rental and return area was easy and the process was quick.  Customer service was awesome.  We were given 3 other choices besides the one we booked.  We were given informational data on the vehicles and helped us decide which one would be the best for our need during our stay.  I've never considered a Volvo, but I'm glad I did with what specs I was given about it.  I only had to top off once, and we had it for 7 days...and we drove all over Seattle...Bellevue...Graham...Lynwood.  Thanks, Sabrina for helping me decide, and for your local restaurant recommendations.
