Yeah I obviously didn't check out the ratings.... About a month ago I tried renting from Fox rent a car at the airport and since I didn't have a major credit card she sent me to this place. On the phone she said she only had one car left, a Toyota Camry. I was headed to Spokane that next day and hertz was out around me so I need it because my AC is out. I get there and its like a Toyota from 1999 or something! I literally had to roll down the windows... She let's me know after I spend 300 for 2 days, that the whole radio is busted and I specifically asked if the aux works and she was saying yeah yeah.... But no.... So after my prego ass cried for 20 mins, I left, like at least I drives and has AC, plus be good on mileage. Called her that morninh before i left abouy the squeaking breaks, she said "It's because they're new, it'll go away". Hit the road next day and the engine and maintence light comes on. I let her know and she said everything is ok, but thanks for letting me know. It didn't break down surprisingly, but the breaks squeaked the whole time.... I learned my lesson lol

They rent cars to drug addicts and thieves.  The FBI is now involved as one of their cars, a 2006 Toyota Rav 4 with Washington State Plates 387YDZ was involved in three robberies and a rape last week.  They are in deep do-doo.

DO NOT use this car rental company! if i could give ZERO stars I WOULD we had a prepaid credit card so the reservation with expedia didn't work out. so a guy at the car company we were going to use recommended this place. so we went it was supposed to be 54.00 a day for 3 days..... they charged the card 416.00 and kept the 100.00 cash!!!!!! 

we are thinking about taking them to court!!! i'm disputing the charge with the credit card company because they are FRAUDS!!!! 

unless you have no problem paying 516.00 for a POS toyota corolla for 3 days then STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had a rental all set up with Hertz at the airport, but because I am under 25 and didn't have a credit card, they sent me here. It was my only choice, and I had no idea! The spanish lady seemed nice, very helpful at the time of my rental. However I signed some paperwork and it never laid out a specific daily fee. I asked her and she told me for 4 days it would be right around $350. However, they needed to put a $600 deposit down that I would get back in full upon return of the car with a full tank of gas. I brought the car back, in perfect condition with a full tank, right on time. My debit card was charged twice for an amount of $572. When I called to clarify the matter, she kept avoiding my questions and sent me to another number, the "billing department", which of course, when I called was an answering machine. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

Rented a car for one day and got charged over double the quote! I should have known not to go there when the lady bargained with me on the rate. They told me that I didn't have to pay any other charges but after I signed the form they wrote in more charges and put the receipt in an envelope so that I would see it until it was too late! 

Thankfully I do have the envelope and I have already faxed it to my banks claims department to handle for me! I smelled them a mile away and should have ran from them when I had the chance! 

oh yea and the car was disgustingly dirty, smelled horribly and had cigarette burns in the seats! 

DO NOT GO THERE! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
