Process was effortless. But vehicle was not cleaned from last renter. This was an insurance paid rental and I was charged $56 for some reason. I did not receive an itemized receipt explaining any of the rental charges for a 7 day rental. Did not reimburse for extra fuel. Drop off was easy, just drop and go! Ofc I will investigate the above mentioned.

We had a great experience. Had a few bumps for jot having our vehicle ready but we were nicely compensated for an upgrade. Drop off was super fast. Thanks so much for the manager. Great job

Such an amazing experience! First off they were way more affordable than the airport, quick and they were efficient. My original rental had prior damage which they notated and then switched me into a better vehicle with a free upgrade. They even let me return the vehicle to another location with a lock box since I was leaving on an early flight. Would 100% recommend them!

Was thinking of going to the airport to get a car. Forget it!! They charge so much more than the Burien office. Nice people inside. They treat you great and they are friendly!! The management always tries to help you out.  Managers Tyler and Kevin are there to help you. Cars are clean and the staff works fast!  Im grateful they are there!

Awesome service. Affordable, quick and easy. A little ways from the airport but worth it. Employees very friendly and helpful. Best car rental experience so far.
