I had an outstanding experience at Alexander Cadillac. From the moment that my wife and I stepped on the the lot we were greeted by hands down one of the best sale persons that we have ever come across. Jacob was not pushy and took care in finding out what we needed and wanted in a vehicle. As a seasoned salesman he was able to narrow our selection down to a few vehicles that we really liked. After taking a few test drives we decided that none of the vehicles were going to fit into our daily routine, but the customer service that we experienced was top notch. From beginning to end we were treated like family. Thank you Alexander Cadillac and Jacob, other dealerships should take note on how the automobile shopping/buying experience should be.

I had a horrible experience.  The first three leases were good and then the last car I got was a lemon.  Two weeks after I got the car it completely stopped and when I called On star they said it was over headed.  The change lane icon froze many a time which was so dangerous.  The GPS  from beginning did not work and the rear end went out.  Unbelievable on a new car.  I took it back to the dealership and asked for a new one and they said for a price I could get one.  I tried to reach the owner and he is impossible to reach.  I feel like suing the company.

We had an amazing experience working with James!!! We purchased a vehicle for our grandparents and James was courteous enough to drive the new 2017 GMC Acadia to the house and bring all the paper work for them to sign. Thanks for going above and beyond James! Robert R.

I would absolutely recommend shopping at Alexander Buick GMC Oxnard, they not only have a great selection of vehicles but the staff is amazingly friendly and will help you get into a vehicle at a price that really works for you. I recommend talking to James Pugliese the Internet manager. He was very accommodating and worked with me to get the best price for our new vehicle. It was an all around pleasant experience as car buying can be very tiring and stressful. James and the other staff made it easy.  Having a great dealership so close is a wonderful thing. I would highly recommend Alexander Buick GMC dealership.

hours for a oil change and a 20 recall. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am. First truck there. I won't be going back if I can help it.
