Dealership Service is costly would be myth once you walk in to DCH Honda Oxnard. I am pretty surprise with their pricing , excellent hospitality and facilities offered. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your paid car service needs. Only improvement i can see is car wash is not available at this facility. Everybody in their staff is very good - Martin , Aldo - parts , cashier was fast in making payments and many more ... Walk in with confidence and have trust of Honda genuineness as well .... Again Good Job folks.. My car model repaired at dealership was 2005 Honda Accord EX V6 engine.

Had a TERRIBLE interaction with their salesperson Daniel on the phone. Just trying to ask a few simple questions about purchasing a car from them but was not given any respect and belittled. When asked why are you giving me this tone he responded: "Listen, it is a Sunday and there are tons of people here..." Quickly thanked him for his time and hung up. Any dealership who has trouble staffing and can't keep a civil interaction on Sunday afternoon doesn't deserve my business.

NEGATIVE THREE STARS. My mom and I went in yesturday looking to buy a used car, we were approached by a salesman named Joe we asked him to direct us to the used cars and he told us to look around and that he would be back. We stood around waiting for twenty minutes then decided to go back inside and he was just wondering around and totally forgot we were even there! He then directed us to a car that was decent, but we liked but wanted to see more options. He refused to show us more cars although we did want to see more cars. We later went on a test drive and we’re going to begin negotiationing but he didn’t even allow us to go that far! He rudely refused to negotiate business with us then he made up a lie saying he had to leave to a party. He basically kicked us out of the dealership. We were willing to purchase the car because I really liked it, my mom was just trying to see what we could do to bring down the price a little. We left, went to another dealership and decided to go back to purchase the Honda that we had seen. And Joe was still there, (it had been like two hours) he wasn’t going anywhere he just made up a lie to get us out of their! He took us inside, then was being so rude! He asked for my moms ID and didn’t even ask if it was okay to make copies, which he did. We sat down and started going ballistic, telling me mom she dosen’t know anything about purchasing a car from the dealership, and he belittled us! I refuse to ever go back to DCH Honda of Oxnard If you don’t want to be belittled, lied to, kicked out and laughted at don’t come to this dealership! Worst customer service ever!!!

The experience i have had with this dealership is unbelievable. Monica is one of the dealers and at first she seems nice and helpful. Let me tell you this. She will ONLY answer your call when your calling to confirm your going in to look at the car. If you have any issues that arise or have questions afterwards, she blatantly ignores your calls and texts. Let me give you fair warning!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH HER OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER HERE! She specially told me first months payment would be taken care of (part of the deal), even gave me an example of "people calling her freaking out because there billed for the first month" but to "ignore" the statement because it would be taken care of. LIE! I get a statement in the mail stating that the first month is OWED along with this months! I call to get answers and they all give me the run around. Not only was i LIED too, they made me LATE on my payment! I spoke with someone else in the financial department. Richard was his name. He was disrespectful and such a smart ass! He literally LAUGHED at me! Talk about customer service. Once you sign the paper i guess the "customer service" goes out the window! I have a friend that was going to go in on Saturday she heard what I had to say and has made an appointment elsewhere! Fair warning to anyone thinking about going into this business. DONT! Oh and another thing, i get the car they tell me all is good, i had to go back because she forgot to put the registration sticker on the window and had my owners manual. Then again i had to go back because they needed more info after i already sent it to them twice! Safe your self the disappointment. Cynthia

This is the worst dealership in Ventura County. Do not buy a car from Honda Oxnard. I had the worst experience ever from the sales team Juan Pablo, Josh, and Massod. The GM, Nick, was not accommodating as well. In fact, he was more insulting than his sales team. Now I know where they get the attitude from. There was no misunderstanding in pricing, fees, or financing. Honda assured me that the car would be prepped and available for pick up at a certain time. We were communicating the entire day to prepare for this. When I arrived, Honda said the car was sold and that I was too late. The company is very deceiving and is managed by greedy people!!! Their goal is not to help the customer but to put the most money in their pocket. In addition, the sales force and the GM (Nick) did not feel bad about the situation.
