I serviced my Audi at DCH Audi in Oxnard regarding a "recall notice" I received in the mail.  The night before my service date, I received a text message from Valerie as a reminder.  When I dropped off my car, Valerie was very professional and courteous.  Valerie estimated the wait time would be about an hour, so I decided to wait.  About 45 minutes later, Valerie approached me in the waiting area and told me my car was ready. She said my vehicle was inspected, topped off, and washed.  I was pretty impressed how quick they were and they even vacuumed the inside of my car!

Brought my wife's Q7 for a major repair which required 13hrs of labor. Bill in service was honest about the cost of labor and parts. It was an expensive repair. I asked if there was any discount available on the parts or anything for that matter. He gave me a 10% discount on the parts and he was able to lower the labor time down to 10hrs.

I was satisfied with what I was being charged, but more importantly they were Honest, Friendly, and Competent in repairing our Q7.

I would highly recommend them to my friends & family. And will gladly go back for any future services needed.

I just purchased/leased a Audi S5 Sportback from the dealership.  Although I live and work in Century City, the excellent treatment I receive from the entire staff of this dealership make it worthwhile to make the long trip to their dealership.  This is the 2nd Audi I have purchased from this dealership in the last 12 months.  They are pleasant, professional and cannot do enough to help you.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  Great deal, great support, and nice people to work with.

The staff at DCH Audi of Oxnard was very helpful from the get go. I was abled to get an appointment right away to have a recall taking cared of. Bill checked us in and got all the paperwork taking care of. We waited at the lobby and enjoyed some of the snack they provide there.
Thank you very much to make the trip to the dealer so painless.

My name is Tricia Williams and I had the BEST experience at DCH Audi Oxnard... not only did my son Justin buy a car from them last year and had a great experience, I just bought a new Audi as well from them. My salesperson Armando was great- he was patient and helpful and Ricardo the finance manager and Damien the sales manager wouldn't let me leave until they got me the deal I wanted... I love my new Audi and they were over the top awesome!!!
