Service Department is the worst. Called about 6 times yesterday and twice today, just to get transferred to a different person each time.First guy I talked to didn't even return my call. Got hung up on once. The guy I get ahold of today was condescending. And, he told me something different from what I was told on the weekend by another associate. Honestly, I am so fed up with this team I wouldn't even bother dealing with this Nissan of Oxnard. 0 Stars for the worst customer service.  Don't even bother with this place, buy and service your car elsewhere. Screw this place.

I went to browse and ended up getting YELLED at by a manager or not buying a car. I can’t believe it happened to me. I think his name was Joe. We had tried negotiations and we ended up just saying no thank you and he got so mad he stood up and stormed away like a three year old who didn’t get his way. We shrugged and were on our way back when he came back and started yelling at us!! I can’t believe it! Is. Is the type of people you have representing the company?

I've purchased a vehicle here on the past and the positive experience brought me back. I was shopping for a vehicle for my daughter and Leo was super helpful. He had answers for all my "Dad" questions. I made a choice and Mauricio in finance helped seal the deal. Frank from service was attentive and I was very confident that my daughter was receiving a safe and reliable vehicle. The entire experience was positive and everyone was courteous.

I contacted Team Nissan on their internet service and described the car I was looking for. I received a response within 30 minutes from internet salesman Roberto Pacheco who set up an appointment for the next day. I arrived the next day and Robert showed me all of the possible options and prices. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant, surprisingly so, for a young man of 23. I gathered all information and set up another appointment for the next day to include my partner who would be funding the car. We looked at cars again and went from looking at used cars to a brand new 2017 Pathfinder. My friend is very picky and demanding and after being presented with a wonderful deal he got up and left. Robert was still willing to  do anything to sell us the car. After an hour we went back and signed the deal realizing that nobody would give us,better customer care, service,. This guy went the second mile. Want a car. Go to Team Nissan.Start on the Internet. Ask for Roberto Pacheco. You will drive home in a new car on a cloud!:;

Very spacious and well organized dealership.  Went to have my car serviced for an oil change.  Expedient service, nice waiting area with beverage, snack and lounge area.
