we purchased a new battery less than one month ago for a 2010 IS250C that is still under warranty. we don't use the car a lot but have never had a problem letting it set for several weeks and then using it no problems. when the battery went dead we were not surprised seeing as the battery is almost 7 years old. during the last month the car has been used about every 2 weeks. we were very surprised when we tried to start it yesterday and the battery was dead. so we jumped it and took it down to Lexus to see what the problem was. They tested it and there were not any parasitic draws and the charging system was working fine. Upon our request they replaced the battery. However in the work order they said it was a one time goodwill gesture to replace the battery. Really!!! I could have gone to Sears and no questions asked had a bad 1 month old battery replaced. That is terrible customer service, total lack of respect to us and a very poor backing of their product. I would not recommend that you buy your battery from Lexus of Oxnard, you will probably get a better price and better backing from Sears.

Greg Jarvis from DCH Lexus of Oxnard was an awesome gentleman who as a salesman created a very wonderful experience for myself. He and his team were non pushy, very patient and did a great job making me feel at home. They provided a professional and friendly service throughout the whole process of finding a perfect car for me to enjoy. Thank you very much everyone. I appreciate everything you had done for me and still do at times. Happy holidays :)

Although we love the NX200t purchased at Lexus of Oxnard, the customer service SUCKS! Normally you receive the new vehicle registration, plates (and in our case) pink slip within a few weeks of purchase. But after six weeks went by, I was curious on what the hold up was, as we bought personal plates. After calling dealership and not receiving a reply, I called DMV who informed me that there was an issue with the paper work on the dealership end. Called dealer again. This time they said they'd look into it and let us know. After a week of no follow up, we stopped by and talked to salesman and his manager, who assured us they would keep us posted. Again, no calls or emails. So we called corporate and better business bureau to try and get an answer as to what was going on. Finally after over two months, we received a call from the dealer GM, who let us know what was happening. Then we received our registration nearly three months after we had purchased a vehicle which never had that "new" car smell. And it still smells funny. If I were you, go somewhere else or make sure they keep their promises!
