They are very accommodating when you spend your money. However, customer service in my experience was poor. The vehicle I purchased had to be returned because the inspection was not done before they sold it to me. When I took it back for repair, the car stayed in the shop with out repair for at least two weeks. I was never offered a rent a car they did not even seen to care when I asked about it. As the other person below wrote in their review, I totally agree with them. If you want great service do not go to this dealership. Thousand Oaks Mercedes dealership is the place to go. When you provide poor service, this is the kind of review you receive.

Best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. No pressure. Had the exact Mercedes I was looking for. Was in and out driving my new car in under 2 hours! Andy was professional and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and he made it happen! Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend MB Oxnard!

I don't enjoy car shopping. I am immediately on the defensive as soon as I step into the showroom. I hate the condescending process of the back and forth of numbers while the salesmen write arbitrary numbers on paper, and you tell them it's too high, and so on and so forth. I don't enjoy car shopping, at all. So, imagine my surprise when I came to Mercedes of Oxnard and my car shopping experience was changed! I had never looked at Mercedes and didn't plan on buying one. My husband thought I might like the brand so we thought we'd swing by to do some window shopping. We ended up walking out with a 2018 400e Coupe, in a glam gold with gorgeous tan interior. And, here's why... I have never been so properly educated on an automobile brand in my life. When we walked through the door, William, our sales guy, treated us with respect from the beginning. We told him we were window shopping and that I knew nothing about Mercedes. He actually seemed happy! Not that we were window shopping, and most likely not buying anything, but that he had a chance to share his knowledge of the brand. And he did. He, really did. He asked me specific questions about what I had liked about other cars, what I didn't, what my must haves were, what I didn't really need. He gathered all of that info slowly, really listening. He didn't dismiss my questions as stupid (often the case when car shopping, ladies you feel me?) He then showed me the different classes of Mercedes and with my styling preferences and budget in mind too, he walked me over to 4 different vehicles. We test drove them and he showed me every single feature on each car, every time we sat in one. He was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. He turned me into a Mercedes girl within the 6 hours we were there. Yes, 6 hours! He never rushed, he never acted "sales-y", he was just nice, smart, and honest. Leaving that night in a car that makes my heart sing was a great, but honestly, the experience is what I'll remember, and, what will make me drive 45 minutes further than I need to, when I'm ready to buy again. Thank-you to William, and the entire team at Oxnard Mercedes. Each and every person, from William to the Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager, to the support staff cleaning up, since we were there long after close, you ALL rocked. Greatest car shopping experience of my life.

Mercedes Benz of Oxnard is the WORST dealership EVER. Go to Thousand Oaks, BELIEVE me. It's like the blind leading the blind there. Of course very nice and accommodating when purchasing the car. The next day I had to go in to pick something up and they acted as if I didn't even exist. A month later the paint on my car (hood and mirrors started to wrinkle (brand new car) and they said wait to bring it in the next service. Fast forward to the first 10,000 mile service. I scheduled a 3:30 appointment on their online website on a Saturday. I showed up at 3:15 and the service guy looked at me as if I was some crazy person that pulled up. He said they were off at 5 and couldn't service my car and that I would have to come back. He said that normally they don't take appointments that late. So when asked why there was even that option on their site, he replied well people normally just drop their cars off until the next day but that I couldn't because they weren't open for service on Sunday's....he refused my appointment. So the following week (now that I don't trust their supposed online scheduling system) I called. I made an appointment for 7:00 am on a Tuesday morning. My husband got to the dealership and at 7:05 there was no one there. The service person was late for work. He then proceeded to tell my husband that he couldn't help him until 7:30 because that's when his appointment was for (which was inaccurate because I told the guy I needed the 7 am one because we had to be at work). No one was at the dealership to be serviced at that time except my husband. They "washed" my car and supposedly "topped" it off but that's not accurate but it sure showed on the receipt. No top off, no wash and no resolution as of yet for the wrinkled paint that he admitted the production people must not have set the paint right. Choose another dealer, PLEASE.

Customer service at this place is horrible. I purchased an a pre-owned 2016 S550 in September 2016. There was only 1 key to the car and the manuals were missing. I was told before I left the dealer that the keys & manuals were locked in the cabinets and they will send them to me the following Monday. I waited for 5 days and did not get anything so I called the salesman back and he told me they didn't have the key and I had to make a new one. I can go to the MB dealer near by my home (because I live in Northern CA) to make the key and buy the manuals and they will re-reimburse. I did that, cost almost $1,000 along with fixing the rim. I sent the dealer the receipts. Almost 6 weeks later, I still have not received my reimbursement. Called the sales person Edward numerous times, most of the times he never answered the phone and never called me back. I asked for his manager several times but he never gave me the number. I'm a first time MB owner, this is not what I expect from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard. I'll never do business here again. Buyer beware of this place. They don't support you after you buy your car here.
