Tried to buy out my lease (at end of lease) but they marked up the price $1,400 above the stated lease end buy out price which is in the initial contract. I questioned the price and was told by the manager that it was "certification costs and smog fees." Really? Contacted Toyota financial and also went to another Toyota dealer and guess what NO $1400 mark up. In the end I went to my credit union, got a better rate, gap insurance for half the price and extended warranty for $1300 dollars LESS. Wow! Read your contract and explore your options or they'll try and take advantage $$$. Their loss, was planning on buying a truck in the next year or two.

Service department guys were very nice and very fast. HOWEVER 2 months after they “fixed” my landcruiser for $1600 (with a 3 month warranty), my car started having the SAME EXACT problem that it had before it was “fixed”. I took it in and they said it won’t be covered. I spoke with the manager who was also very nice, but he gave me the same baloney. Moral of the story- nice guys, but don’t trust that your car is truly fixed when they say it is

This place is way overpriced, but I don't blame them. You get quality service along with the confidence that your stuff is going to get fixed correctly. That does, however, come at a cost. One major thing I absolutely dislike is how long oil changes take. On average, you're looking at a 1.5 hour wait - and that's WITH an appointment. I won't mention their competitors, but let's just say I've been to places where they can get it done within minutes, and will do a hell of a job too.

Today I had a terrible, horrible experience with this dealer. We made an appointment for a car that we were interested in the day before, and we went to see it. Other customers also went to see the same car, but without an appointment. We got the first chance to test out the car because we had an appointment. We liked it a lot and decided to make the purchase. As we were doing the paperwork, we were told that the other customers waiting for the car had bought it without testing. So while we were driving the car, the other people had made deals with another agent, and offered something. Our agent just came to us and told us that they are sorry, the car has already been bought by the other costumers. We were very disappointed, for we had a priority for having an appointment. They took advantage of when we were test driving this car, and I don't know what they could have offered for they sold the car to them WITHOUT testing it or WITHOUT an appointment. A dealer that I would never recommend to anyone.

BEWARE OF SPAM. I gave my information to them thinking that they will contact me when my car is done, but all I am getting is email spams and automated phone calls. The spam about promotions are still coming in a week after the service. I've blocked it with google's spam blocker, but once in a while their emails still gets through. Think twice before giving them your information. I took my car there to get a transmission flush. It took 5 hours to get it done. I expected 3 hours not 5. The lady waiting behind me in line kept complaining that it took 2 hours to get a simple oil change. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
