I brought my focus ST in for service on an airbag light, they were very thorough and very nice about everything. It was under warranty and the got me a rental, paid for, that was to my liking. I would definitely take my car back!!!

My whole experience with Vista Ford was top notch. My car salesmen Armando went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and then got me the payments per month that I wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car stop by Vista Oxnard over some of the other Ford dealerships in the area because they will actually give you the time of day to make sure you are happy when you leave that lot. If you are lucky enough to have Armando as your sales guy be careful because he might give you the exact offer that you wanted.

I was late for my service appointment, the service person was  very accommodating and arranged to have my car serviced.  He also, without asking, arranged for late pick-up.  Very thoughtful.  Definitely customer oriented service.

Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.  Moved to Ventura area three years ago and began using Vista Ford.  Always friendly, helpful service, and a very comfortable waiting room.  Recently took Ford Escape for check up before making last payment and it was recommended brakes be replaced first and tires after additional 5,000 miles.  The brake replacement was scheduled and the appointment was again a very friendly pleasant experience.

Super experience purchasing new CMax! I wholeheartedly recommend salesman Luis, who has served me and our extended family for many years! The new General Manager AJ is also most professional, and attentive to the process. I believe I got the best possible deal!
