Exceptional customer service from John over at Parts/Service.. Very friendly and honest guy he is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers satisfaction Def. a 10 on scale 1-10.. 
The new redesigned building is very nice, sophisticated, elegant, spacious, and not to mentioned their now called "Gallery Room" with all new top of the line Infiniti Models.

My service personnel is John. He is very honest and courteous. He works really hard for you and deserves this rating. My car, 2012 G37S, has about 64,000 miles and the service department did everything they could and more! Repaired and replaced differentials, water pump, wheel bearing, oil, etc. She runs like new again and they pretty much detailed, inside and out, of the car. This by far the best service/dealership I have encountered thus far. I love Infiniti!

I purchased my Q50 from Robert Cramer.  He was easy going, no pressure and very informative.  He made the car buying experience enjoyable.  I highly recommend him.
