The team at Fields BMW Lakeland made the car buying experience a simple process.  Though my specific car was not available on the lot, my sales rep Ty and his team worked to find the vehicle with all the specs I wanted.  Nate helped to explained some of the newer technological features of my car and offered to spend 1:1 time addressing any questions however minor I had.  After the sale was completed my rep Ty remained engaged following up on post-sales items.  When I encountered an issue my Vehicle(nothing mechanical or related to the function of the car) Ty immediately reached out to me to review my concern and he took ownership of the issue even though in my opinion, it was outside Ty's scope of responsibility.  Ty is not your typical car sales rep.  Ty was engaged and focused on placing me in the right vehicle of my choice.  The atmosphere at Fields BMW Lake Land is very relaxed.  If you are in the market for a new car and you want to work with people who are friendly, engaging and focused on providing you with an exceptional experience, then I highly recommend you go to Fields BMW Lake Land.

Fantastic!  Ask for salesman, Rick Cutts - he is sharp, friendly and very knowledgeable.  Field's BMW is very welcoming and not at all stuffy or arrogant as you might find at similar caliber dealerships.  Every person we dealt with at Fields from the front desk, sales, finance and service has been kind, efficient and helpful.  Thank you for an excellent car-buying experience!

No complaints about salesperson and service department. This was my second BMW that I got from fields Lakeland. They are great but had bad experience with guy name Christian Paul. He was so rude when I first met with this guy, no response to anything just felt like he didn't care about customers. And, second time he made me feel like I am nobody. Owning a BMW is itself status but people like him treating customers with disrespect shouldn't belong at good customer friendly environment.

Best experience purchasing a vehicle EVER! Highly recommend Fields to anyone looking for a new or previously owned. Rick was absolutely wonderful. We were not pressured at all and he really went the extra mile to accommodate us working with our budget, desires and needs. Melissa was pretty cool also. We will never go to any other dealership as long as we are in Florida. Thank you EVERYONE at Fields.

Fields is first in customer service . If they make any mistakes , they correct them and  go out of their way to make improvements.  Michael  is the best service REP. He communicates well and takes good care of you.
