The service received from Toyota of Manhattans staff was  extremely  welcoming .. the sales representative John Maya, Tasha and including  Earl was and is very professional.. 

John Maya answered all my questions and delivered as promised..  John Maya excelled in his professionalism. He’s very attentive  and gives you 100% of his time to make sure you are a happy customer..  his service is beyond excellent.. it is outstanding..  please inquire for this gentleman’s expertise he an amazing knowledgeable representative.. ask for John Maya, I truly recommend him.. 

I have never felt better or happier with my new lease. I’m sure you will feel the same.. Toyota of Manhattan is excellent..

First person to greet me was Mike Regalado, went in wanting to lease is a car. Was looking for something small that can move around the city quickly and parking would be easy. I ended up getting a Corolla 2018, with all the bells and whistles. Also Mike is a big batman fan and he loved my name. I would recommend his service and this Toyota to friends and family.

First and foremost, Mike Regaled thank you so much. He was so helpful. At first I thought that he was just a cars salesman but he put in effort to show that he wanted whats best for me. Came in for a service and called me when my car was ready. Would recommend to my family and friends, amazing business.

Great customer service. I was referred to one of the sales specialist Mike B who was very knowledgeable of the type of car I was interested in as well as other models the company had. He explained everything about the vehicle I wanted in depth as well as what I would be getting in addition to everything the vehicle comes with. The finance gentlemen Freddy Velez was also very helpful. Before purchasing he gave me a through breakdown of everything I needed to know financially about the car as well as information about car insurance. There was no pressure to buy at all which I really liked because it was my 1st time buying a car on my own and as a female coming into a dealership not knowing much about cars I feel i made the best decision for me because of the amazing customer service I recieved. This was not the 1st dealership i went to but it was the best of them all. I Would definitely recommend Manhattan Toyota.

This store is where you need to go for a Toyota. The staff is very welcoming and extremely courteous. Julio is was really nice and easy to work with. The GM greeted us was very professional. Rich in finance was really cool.
