Don't bother to call cause the woman is rude.. can't ask questions.. May interrupt her being on her cellphone.. Go to another company.. This agent sucks..

Surprisingly low prices, for the quality of cars you can choose from. Will definitely use again, next time I need a rental.

Rented online didn't get Sirius radio and got a different car than I ordered and the car was dirty and the car was uncomfortable

Vehicle rental experience was great but on 2 times I have rented from them the customer service person Melinda at the desk has been very rude both times. This last time more so the case. I tried to ask a question and she became belligerent.
